Siva Karthikeyan following after the arrival of Maan Karate, started the shooting of his next film, Taana on the sixteenth of April. Coordinated by Durai Senthil Kumar of Ethir Neechal distinction, Taana is constantly bankrolled by Dhanush's Wunderbar Films and has cinematography by Sukumar and Anirudh's music.
Shooting has been occurring all around Chennai, including OMR, Mahindra City and Chettinad Hospitals. The presentation succession of Sri Divya, the female lead of the film was shot in Kanchipuram.
On-screen characters Imman Annachi and Vinu will emphasize in pivotal parts in the film and Siva Karthikeyan will wear a cop's part in Taana. Taana is 40% complete and the team would be travelling to Kerala next week for a little schedule of about 2 to 3 days. Siva Karthikeyan, Prabhu Ganesan, Imman Annachi and Vinu would be part of the entourage to Kerala. Taana is set for release in the last week of September or the early part of October. Dhanush is producing the movie and the release rights have been grabbed by Escape Artists Motion Pictures.
